GMedAC lists professionals whose qualifications and registration a reviewer has checked. Joining is a path with clear steps, and each one is decided separately.

How this proceeds
- Create an account and confirm your email
The same kind of account a patient has. If you already have one, sign in and start your application from it.
- Prepare and submit your application
Your profession, qualifications, professional registration, insurance and a public profile draft. Each step is saved when you save it, and submitted only when you submit it.
- A reviewer checks your registration
A reviewer checks your registration — in the official register where GMedAC has a register for your place and profession, otherwise only if the body that issued it confirms it — and records what they found. Approval is their decision, not a timer.
- Professional access is granted
Only after approval, and only by the platform. It opens your practice, services and availability.
- Publication is a separate decision
A published profile is what patients find. Nothing is public before that decision, whatever you have entered.
What creating an account does not do
- It gives you no professional authority.
- It verifies nothing; a document you upload is a claim until a reviewer checks it.
- It publishes nothing.
- It opens no booking or payment; nobody can book you and nothing is charged.
